- 1/3 cup fresh curd
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted/crushed cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mint leaves
- 1 pinch black pepper
- salt to taste

- Blend the above ingredients with a hand held blender,add some crushed ice to it and serve!
Lassi always goes well with chole -bhature or aloo-puri! There is nothing like lassi on a hot summer afternoon to cool you down and get you ready for a nap!
