    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 1/2 cup Boiled rice, uncooked
    • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
    • Salt to taste
    • 3/4 cup Water as needed

    1. Presoak rice overnight. Drain the water and grind the rice into fine powder.
    2. To this rice powder, add coconut and salt . Now, add water slowly as required and knead it into a dough.
    3. Make lemon sized balls out of the dough and steam for 15-20 minutes till done.
