About this recipe:
This soup contains lots of fibre which keeps you full for longer and helps you lose weight. Feel free to put other veggies and seasonings of your choice.
1 medium cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 large carrots, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
3 tomatoes, chopped
450g frozen or fresh french beans
2 sachets onion soup mix, such as Knorr
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
