    About this recipe: All natural, healthy quick treats to keep your energy up! Send in your kid's lunch box or pop a few at tea time.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 40 

    • 175g raisins
    • 100g walnuts
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 75g flaked almonds

    Directions

    1. In a food processor combine raisins and walnuts. Process until they form a sticky ball.
    2. Coat hands with oil and roll mixture into balls the size of large marbles, then coat with almonds.
    3. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

    Tip:

    Use practically any combination of dried fruits and nuts here - apricots and dates would work nicely. Add some flax seed for added fibre.
