Cut 3 slits in each chicken breast. This will allow the marinade to soak in. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and mirch for about 30 seconds. Place chicken in a large bowl, and pour marinade over. Using your hands, work marinade into chicken. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Pan fry the chicken breasts until they are cooked through. To do that, heat 2 tsp oil in a skillet on medium to high heat. Cook chicken till it's not pink in the center. You may also barbecue, or cook it under the grill.
