About this recipe:
It's a simple and healthy Punjabi sandwich.
4 piece Bread
1/2 cup malai (clotted cream of milk )
1 piece chopped tomatoes
for taste salt
1/2 small spoon Black pepper
- Spread cream on one side of bread and then add tomatoes with salt and black pepper. Put the other piece of bread on it. Make another sandwich with the remaining two bread pieces.
- Heat the tawa and cook each sandwich on both sides till it becomes golden brown. Serve immediately with tomato sauce.
