    About this recipe: THE FIRST FOOD WHICH IS THE BEST TASTE EVER SO TRY IT BECAUSE urad dal, cumin, chilli, garlic, curry leaves and saute ARE THE TASTES WHEN TOGETHER!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • Oil
    • 1 tsp Mustard
    • 4 tsp Urad Dal
    • 1/2 tsp Cumin
    • 2 Dry Red Chillies
    • 6 cloves Garlic peeled and minced
    • 2 - 3 Curry Leaves
    • 1/4 cup Pottu Kadalai (Roasted gram)
    • 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts
    • 1/4 cup Aval (Poha or Beaten rice)
    • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
    • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 2 cups Pori
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add mustard and when it splutters, add urad dal, cumin, chilli, garlic, curry leaves and saute for a few minutes.
    2. Stir in pottukadalai, peanuts, aval, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt and fry. Add pori; cook and stir until slightly browned - just a minute or two.
