    • 2 Aloo(Potato)
    • 1/4 Kg thindoora(Little Gourd)
    • Jeera 1 Tsp
    • Dhaniya Leaves 1 Pinch
    • Oil 2 Tsp
    • Salt For taste
    • Garam Masala 1 Tsp

    1. Chop Potatoes into cubes after peeling the skin.Cook these with water in an open vessel for 10 mins.
    2. wash the thindoora(Little Gourds) and Chop each thindoora(Little Gourd) into 4 long strands.
    3. In Kadai heat 2 tsp oil,add jeera and when jeera spurts add choped thindoora(Little Gourds) and fry for 15-20 min in low flame untill its shllowed fried and crisp.
    4. Later add cokked Potatoes,1 tsp garam masala powder and salt and fry for another 5 mins. Sprinkle Dhaniya Leaves and its ready to serve
