About this recipe:This is basically a non-veg dish with less oil. It is simple to prepare and taste is awsome. The best part of this dish is it is less spicy so kids will enjoy it [I have tried it on my nephew and nieces].
Take you chicken, clean it well and keep it for 10 mins to drain water.
Then "fines grate Papaya"[make it fine as much you can].
Make a paste of Onion, ginger and garlic with 2-3 green chilies.[Make a thick paste not fine]
Mix grated raw papaya with curd, onion-ginger-garlic paste and put all other spices mentioned in list. Once your mixture is ready mix chicken pieces as well. Cover it and marinate mixture for or more than 45 mins.
Note: Chicken mixture will taste good when you keep it for more time, say for 1-2 hours [Don’t Keep it for 3-4 hours]. Papaya is a very good anti-oxidant with lots of juices and roughage, which will help chicken pieces to marinate properly and also it cooks chicken naturally.
After 45 mins, take a pan with musturd oil and heat it well onto gas, once musturd oil with hot enough drop all mixture into pan and mix it properly till 10 mins. Now slow down you flame and cover it. Every 5-10 mins mix it and then cover it, till 30 mins.
Check with knife with you chicken piece, usally it will done within 30 mins.
Note: roaste it on low to medium flame, it will cook well and taste of spices will increased.
Now make a chat masala mixture for dressing. Take 1 tbsp Salt, 1/2 Tbsp Chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder and mix it.
While serving pieces use this chat masala for better flavor, Dish is ready now server it will chati or wheat paratha.
