  • 8 Idly
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Palak/ Spinach
  • 1 Tomato
  • 5 Dry Red Chilly
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly sauce
  • as required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  1. Cut onion, Palak and Tomato. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and then add Palak and Tomato. Cook well.Add Turmeric powder,Cumin powder and salt.
  2. Grind all these to a smooth paste.Add Chilli sauce and Pepper powder and mix well.
  3. Heat little oil in a pan. Add this smooth paste into it. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the idlies in this mixture and mix well. Serve hot.

Use next day

You can use the leftover idlies for making a good snack using the above recipe
