pan seared thyme flavoured chicken with green pepper sauce

    A delicious and aromatic chicken based dish flavoured with tyme and serve wit creamy green peppery sauce

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 whole chicken
    • 1 ltr cream
    • salt n pepper salt n peppar
    • 50 gm thyme
    • 2 tsp white wine
    • 2 tsp green peppercorn
    • a sprig parsley
    • for sear oil
    • 2 no. onion ( Fine Chop)
    • 20 gms garlic (Fine chop)

    Prep:1hr  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Extra time:30min marinating  ›  Ready in:1hr45min 

    1. Clean and wash the chicken cut 2 breast and 2 leg from eah chicken
    2. debone the leg part and marinate it with oil , salt, pepper, white wine , thyme, garlic and put it in referigerator for 30 min.
    3. Take A pan put oil, garlic ,onion and saut it , once it is golden brown add green peppercorn and cream , do not boil the cream jst cook it over a low heat.
    4. Season it with salt n pepper . Take out the chicken put it in a hot plate and sear it approx. 5 - 7 min on one side (check it with inserting the knife in it if blood does not come then it will cook)
    5. once it is sear put chicken with sauce and cook it little bit more, then place the chicken on a plate and pour the sauce on it, garnish with sprig of parsley
