Melt the butter using the double boiler method (keep a vessel of water and inside that place another vessel with butter).
Crush the biscuits using the back of a bowl..
Mix the melted butter with the biscuit crumbs and line the container which you are using to prepare the dish.. I used my round cake tin.
Keep this in the freezer for it to completely harden since this is the base on which the cheese cake is built.
Using an electric beater or the mixer, beat the hung curds, cream and blue berry crush till creamy.
Met the gelatin using the double boiler method and slowly pour it into the mixture of curd,cream and crush - 3 Cs...
Beat this for a minute or two and pur it into the container which you have line with biscuit-butter mixture.
Keep it in the fridge and let it set..
for topping, you can use heavy WHIPPED CREAM OR CHOCO CHICPS OR BLUEBERRY PRESERVE. I used 4 tablespoons of blueberry preserve with 2 tablespoon of water and poured it on to the cheese cake after removing it from the container..

You can use fresh bluberries for topping....
