First cut all green leaves: Sarson, Spinach,Bathua, RadishLeaves. Wash them properly. Put them in pressure cooker. Put green chillies also into them. Add salt as per taste( 1 and 1/2 table spoon). Cook them into pressure cooker for almost 40-45 min on slow gas..
When all pressure got released from cooker and all ingredients into that are got cold, then put them into a mixer and grind them not so much as it should not become as liquid.
Put ghee into a Kadai, when it got warm, add chopped garlic into it, when garlic turns little brown add chopped onion into it, when onion turns to brown, add chopped tomato into that, when tomato got mashed properly, add grinded saag into it and cook these all ingredients for 15 min on slow flame. After that it's ready to serve hot with Chappati better serve with Makki ki Roti
