About this recipe:
This recipe is nutritious and has different flavours. It can be served as main dish and also as snacks with drinks. It is delicious by itself or with naan/missi roti. Developed on original idea of my father which is now a favourate in my family and friends.
500g chicken boneless (1.5" cubes)
100g paneer (cottage cheese) (1" cubes)
75g button mushrooms white (dia less then 1" w/o stems)
25g capsicum green
1/2 cup onion red diced (1" cubes)
1/2 cup tomatoes red & firm diced (1" cubes seeds discarded)
2 tbsp curd fresh water drained & beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp / 1 tbsp Rum white / Vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste
red chilly powder to taste
chat masala to taste
Oil to deep fry paneer

Marinate chicken in curd for 30 minutes. Marinate button mushroom in salted water for 15 minutes. Deep fry paneer till light golden.
Saute chicken in olive oil till cooked in its own juices.
Add fried paneer and drained mushrooms with salt, red chilly powder. Mix well and leave it on low flame for 3 minute.
Add capsicum, white rum and leave it for another 2 minute.
Add onion, tomatoes, black pepper and saute for another 1 minute and let gravy/juice, if any, dry up.
Check seasoning and add chat masala. Cover and saute for another 30 seconds. Switch off the gas and leave it covered for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with naan or as snacks Drink pairing
Serve with Baccardi.
