    About this recipe: Ripe mango juice, chilled and served as sweet side dish / main dish

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 4 ripe & sweet mangoes
    • 1 cup suger
    • 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
    • 1 cup water

    Directions
    Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:15min cooling  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. peel off the mangoes and take out the fleshy part in a bowl, if you feel the pulp is still there you can remove it with help of water, but dont use more than 1 cup other wise it will become too runny
    2. Put the contents of bowl containing pulp with in juicer / mixer and add suger, dry ginger power, cover the lid properly and turn on the mixer. Just turn on and off for four to five times. make sure there are no knots left
    3. now take out the from juice put it in ibowl again and put it in a freezer for 10 to 15 minutes. Can be served with puri, chapati. Insteade of suger the Jagury also can be used but you should develop the tase for it. ALso the colour looks nice if prepared with suger. with Jagury it is little bit black. The preparation can be store for one or two days but later on it turns out to be little brown and dull in taste also

    You can use ready made alphanso pulp just check for suger before hand
