Kali mirch mutton

    This is very simple and hotty recipe belongs from Maharastra.it can be serve with chapati or rice.but i love to eat with jowar roti.

    Serves: 4 

    • 250g mutton
    • 10g kali mirch/black pepper
    • 1 tsp ginger+garlic paste
    • 7-8 green chillies
    • 2-3 tbs oil
    • 1 bunch coriander
    • 2 big onions

    1. Wash mutton pieces clean and keep aside.make a powder of kali mirch by pounding with hand.
    2. chopp onions and grind green chillies.
    3. wash,clean and chop coriander
    4. take a pressure cooker put oil in it,when the oil gets hot.add chopped onions fry till it gets transparent.
    5. add green chilly paste,ginger,garlic paste fry for a while.
    6. put mutton pieces in it,mix well till it appears golden colour.add salt and 3 cups of water.close the lid wait for 3-4 vessels.
    7. open the lid make sure that the mutton is done.again put on gas stove add kali mirch powder fry for 1-2 minutes.
    8. garnish with coriander and serve with hot jowar roti or rice


    you can use chicken instead of mutton.
