About this recipe: a mouth watering snack for rainy days...

Serves: 6 

  • 250g cabbage shredded
  • 1 potato boiled & peel skin
  • 2-3 chopped chillies
  • a bunch of coriander chopped
  • 2-3 tbs ground peanut& puffed chana
  • 2-3 tbs rice flour
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for deep frying

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Extra time:5min other  ›  Ready in:35min 

  1. mix all the ingredient well,make small balls and keep aside.
  2. heat oil in a heavy bottom vessel and deep fry all the balls one by one.till golden brown
  3. serve hot with ketchup.
