    This is my easy version of delicious boneless chicken suitable as a party snack.

    Serves: 4 

    • 500 g boneless chicken
    • lime juice
    • salt
    • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 4 tsp tandoori chicken masala
    • 6 tbsp strained curds
    • oil for deep frying
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 2 green chillies
    • 10-15 currypatta leaves
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 1 tbsp soya sauce
    • corriander leaves for garnishing

    1. apply lime and salt to chicken and keep aside for 15 minutes
    2. Mix the garlic ginger paste, tandoori chicken masala, strained curds and marinate for atleast 2 hours
    3. Put oil in a kadai and deep fry the marinated chicken and keep aside.
    4. Use the same kadai after removing the excess oil leaving only 3 tablespoon in it
    5. put the mustard seeds, green chilies, currypatta and fry for 2 minutes
    6. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, fried chicken
    7. mix and cook for 5 minutes
    8. garnish with chopped corriander leaves
