About this recipe: Apples chopped with dalchini, akhrot and cheeni into a novel dish for the Indian palate!

Serves: 4 

  • 2 large apples - peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 115g finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons kosher red wine

  1. Mix apples, nuts, sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add wine and mix in to thoroughly blended. Keep in refrigerator until ready to put out on the table for Passover Seder.
