About this recipe: nice flavored ,tasty Tamil Nadu dosa

Serves: 10 

  • 3 cup boiled rice
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1cup urad dal
  • 4 Tbs fenugreek (methi)
  • 50 gm sesame oil
  • to taste salt

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:8hr fermenting  ›  Ready in:8hr15min 

  1. take a bowl add rice,dal,fenugreek,wash and add 5 glass of water soak for 4 hours
  2. grind all soft and smooth.Add salt to taste and fermenting for 8 hours (whole night) .After that take the lour with moderate consistently
  3. heat the non stick thava ,rub with oil.pour the batter and make thin dosa. add 1 tbs oil all over dosa and turn up side down to cook light brown ,and crispy.
  4. serve with chutney or sambar.

Serving suggestion

1. add masala on top and fold to serve 2.sprinkle dosa podi on the top before serve 3.spread butter on the top to serve with hot
