    Serves: 3 

    • 300 g Bell Peppers
    • 250 g Carrots
    • 250 g Potatos
    • 150 g Green Peas
    • 250 gms Cauli flower
    • 2 Big Onions
    • 2 inches Cinamon
    • 3 Green Cardamom
    • 4 Cloves
    • 1/2 tsp Dry Fenugreek leaves (Kasurimethi)
    • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 250 ml Water
    • Salt to taste

    1. Cut Bell Peppers, Carrots,Cauliflower and Potatoes into small pieces Half boil Green Peas in a separate bowl.
    2. Heat Olive Oil in a Non Stick pan, add Cloves, Cinamon, Green Cardamom,Dry Fenugreek leaves (Kasurimethi). Now, add finely chopped onions and fry it till golden brown and add ginger garlic paste mix well, add turmeric powder mix it,add chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder close the lid and let it cook for a minute.
    3. Add potatoes, carrots and fry for 4-5 minutes,add half boiled green peas,Bell Pepper and salt. mix well and fry it until soft. Now, add 250 ml water and let it cook under medium heat for 10 minutes.
