Cut all the vegetables into small pieces,Slice Onions finely and slit the green chillies.
Heat Olive Oil in Pressure Cooker, add Cloves, Cinamon, Cardamom,dry fenugreek leaves,green chillies and onions fry for a minute and add ginger garlice paste fry for about 2 to 3 minutes in low flame. Add Turmeric powder, Chillie Powder mix it well and add Vegetables and Green Peas fry in low flame until the vegetables are soft(Half Cooked).
Add Garam Masala Powder and chopped Coriander leaves Mix well and add rice to it along with water. Bring it to 3 whistles. ( Water 1:2 proportion) 1 glass rice 2 glasses water
