    Serves: 4 

    • 1 cup maida,oil,grind cane/brownsugar
    • 1/2 tablespoon vinialla essence
    • 2 tablespoon baking powder
    • 5 eggs
    • 2-3 spoon cocoo powder,not necessary if using brown sugar.

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

    1. take a bowl,add eggs and grind canesugar or brown sugar and mix them so nicely that in should not form lumps.
    2. to another bowl,add maida,baking powder,cocoo powder,mix them properly and add them in first bowl containing mixer of egg and sugar.
    3. add oil,vinilla essence,and add it to the first bowl.
    4. take a cake utensils or cooker[one forth fill it with sand]and apply a bit oil on the surface ,pour the mixture into it.
    5. check the cake after 30 mintues by juct pooking a knife into it and if knife comes out plain with nothing stuck on surface,then your cake is ready. serve it after 10 minutes.
