    this recope is one of the my favourite and my family members, easy to prepare not spicy it is delicious with vegetable briyani rice and rotis

    Serves: 5 

    • 4 medium potatoes cut into medium size
    • 2 chopped onions 1cup
    • 2 chopped tomatoes 1cup
    • 7 chopped green chilies
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1tbspr
    • 8 cloves - 8
    • 1 cardamom stick
    • 1 tsp sajeera
    • 4 bay leaves
    • 1 tsp dhania powder
    • chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 tbsp chilli powder
    • salt
    • oil

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. grind the tomato and onion paste and keep aside
    2. heat the oil in a pan for deep fry of potatoes until golden brown and keep a side
    3. heat oil in a pan,add sajeera, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom stick fry for 2 minutes and add chopped green chilies,ginger garlic paste add turmeric powder after 1 minute add tomato onion paste,add red chill powder and fry until oil floats on top finally add the potatoes and cooked for 10 minutes, add Dhania powder and garnish with coriander serve with fried rice or with rotis
