Serves: 3 

  • 2 medium size Onion (grated)
  • 2 Tomatoes (pureed)
  • 200 gm Cottage Cheese (Paneer) - Small or Medium pieces
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 50g Ginger (Finely Chopped in long Pieces)
  • 1 tsp Cashew Nuts (Kaju) Powder / paste
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 or 2 Bayleaf (Tejpat)
  • 2 Cloves (Laung)
  • 1 or 2 pieces Cinnamon (Dalchini)
  • 1/4tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2tsp Red chilly powder (Mirchi Power – use Degi Mirch Power if u want Red-Brown Color)
  • As per taste Salt
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • As per Need Oil – Sunflower or any Vegetable oil

Prep:45min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:1hr30min 

  1. Deep fry the onion and keep aside
  2. In a Deep pan (Kadhai) put some oil and crack Tejpat, Clove and Dalchini unit it spread Aroma
  3. Add garlic ginger paste and stir till it gives pink color
  4. add kaju powder...stir in low flame for until it get mixed properly
  5. add cream and wait until it leaves oil (keep the flame low)
  6. add tomato puree and cook on low flame for 5 minutes
  7. add fried onions and stir until it get mixed, cook for 2 minutes on low flame
  8. add haldi, red chilly powder and salt, stir well and cook it for 3 minutes
  9. crush kasoori methi over it and mix well
  10. add paneer and stir well
  11. keep it on low flame for 2 minutes
