Serves : 4
- 1/2 kg chicken boneless
- 4tsp cornflour
- 2tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2tsp red chill powder
- 1/2tsp turmeric powder
- as required salt
- 1 cup corn flakes
- oil for deep fry
Directions
Prep:1hr › Cook:45min › Extra time:5hr marinating › Ready in:6hr45min
- take chicken and cut into small pieces and take in bowl, mix 2tspcornflour,ginger garlic paste, redchilli powder,turmeric and salt and mix it well keep it in fridge covered for 4 to 5 hours
- take oil in kadai and make it heat on high flame mean while take some more cornflour in a bowl mix it well with little water now take the cornflakes in a small mix jar and grind into small pieces do not make it powder
- now take each piece of chicken, dip it in cornflour water and dip in cornflakes make sure that chicken piece is completely covered with cornflakes and then deep fry thats it crispy corn chicken is ready serve with sauce
Shortcut
use leftover chicken in soup and fried rice just cutting them in small pieces
