Peel the skin of green banana and slice it diagonally into long strips( keep it 1/2 cms thick ). sprinkle chilli powder, hing, termaric powder, salt on the slices uniformly. Mix it thoroughly. Keep it aside for 30 min.
Dip each banana slice into samolina.
Heat the tava( flat frying pan ).Place the banana slices side by side till the pan is full(don't place one above the another and don't leave space between the slices ).
sprinkle the oil on all the slices uniformly. Cover the pan.
Simmer till the slices are tender. make sure the slices are not burnt.Approx 7 min.
Turn over the slices,cover for 5more min. Raw banana fry ready to serve
