About this recipe:
A snack made of puffed rice
4 cups Puffed Rice
1 1/2 cup grated coconut
2 onions, finely chopped
1 spoon ginger, finely chopped
2 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tablespoon green chillies, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
1 spoon salt
1 tablespoon water
- In a mixing bowl add grated coconut, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice coconut oil, and salt.
- Add water and mix thoroughly. water helps to mix the contents very well.
- Now mix the puffed rice with the mixture and mix well.
