    About this recipe: A snack made of puffed rice

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 4 cups Puffed Rice
    • 1 1/2 cup grated coconut
    • 2 onions, finely chopped
    • 1 spoon ginger, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoon green chillies, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
    • 1 spoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon water

    Directions
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. In a mixing bowl add grated coconut, onion, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice coconut oil, and salt.
    2. Add water and mix thoroughly. water helps to mix the contents very well.
    3. Now mix the puffed rice with the mixture and mix well.
