In a blender blend the coriandder(dhaniya) palak, and chopped paneer till it gets in a puree form. Put the palak dhaniya paneer puree in the dry atta instead of water so the atta will be green.
Make 3 balls out of the atta and keep aside.Also grease them with a little oil.
After making the balls flatten them into the shape of your choice and cook it on a heated tawa on both sides. Apply butter or ghee before turning over the paratha.
After cooking serve it hot and fresh with dahi(yougurt-plain), sauce, or any sabji of your choice. You can also eat it plain!!
