    About this recipe: I have never had this recipe, although I have had potato and egg mashes separately. I can only imagine how tasty the eggs and potatoes would be together!It is easy to make, especially when you do not like cooking.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 eggs
    • 3 large sized potatoes
    • 3-4 chopped green chillies
    • 1 cup of sliced onions
    • salt as needed
    • 1/2-1 teaspoon of ghee
    • A few coriander leaves for garnishing

    Directions

    1. Boil the eggs and potatoes. Peel the skin off when the potatoes and eggs have been boiled. Set aside on a bowl.
    2. Mash the potatoes with hand in a separate bowl. Add chopped green chillies and onion slices. Mix well with salt and ghee.
    3. Chop the boiled eggs into thin slices. Mix the egg slices with the mashed potato lightly. Serve with some coriander leaves.

    Tip

    More than 1/2-1 teaspoon of ghee can be used if preferred. Dry red chillies can also be used instead of green chillies.

    Serving suggestion

    Serve with steaming plain white rice. The dish also tastes great with dal.
