About this recipe: Dom Shemai is a dessert often cooked on special religious holidays, such as Eid or Shab-e-Barat. It takes quite a bit of patience to make it as requires a lot of stirring. However, I think it is worth the effort because every spoonful of the shemai is a little piece of heaven :) It can be eaten warm or cold.
It tastes great when allowed to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
