- 1 (Whole Chicken 800gms, Cut Into 1 1/2-Inch Pieces) Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 5-6(Finely Chopped) Garlic & Cloves
- 1 Inch (Finely Chopped) Ginger
- 12-15 Curry Leaves
- 2 Medium Size (Chopped) Onions
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 8-10 (Crushed) Black Peppercorns
- 3 Medium ( Chopped) Tomatoes
- To Taste Salt
- 2 Tablespoons (Chopped) Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Heat Oil In A Kadai.Add Garlic,Ginger,Curry Leaves And Onions And Saute Till They Begin To Change Colour.
- Add Coriander Powder,Turmeric Powder And Red Chilli Powder And Saute For A Few Seconds.Add Chicken And Mix Well.
- Add Freshly Crushed Peppercorns And Saute For Five Minutes.
- Stir By Adding Tomatoes ,Salt And Half A Cup Of Water.
- Mix Coriander Leaves.Cover And Cook Over Medium Heat For About Ten Minutes.Serve Hot.
