About this recipe:
This is a super easy and yummy dish that can be served as an afternoon snack or quick lunch for work or school. It is not very spicy and can be served with or without ketchup.
1 regular ramen packet
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 cup of sliced onions
1 cup of carrot and raw papaya slices-boiled
2-4 sticks of chicken sausage, chopped
1 egg, beaten
3-4 green chillies, chopped
- Boil the ramen in 1-2 cups of water. Pour the ramen noodles on a sieve so that the water filters out.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sliced onions. Add the boiled vegetables and sausage. Pour the egg beat and mix it well with the vegetables.
- Add the noodles and sprinkle the ramen spice all over. Fry well with the vegetables.
- Garnish with some chopped green chillies.
Serve with ketchup :D
