Roasted papad chat

    A innovative sort of recipe requiring minimum work and is healthy. This one is a favourite of me and my brother. A recipe made with minimum ingredients and is a healthy snack and the best part ... it can be made in a few minutes... So no sweating in kitchen this summer.

    Serves: 5 

    • 5-6 papads
    • 2 medium sized finely chopped onions
    • 2 medium sized boiled potatoes cubed
    • 2 medium sized potaotes
    • 1 cup cumcumber ( diced and cubed)
    • half a cup roasted groundnuts
    • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
    • 1-2 tspn jeera powder
    • 1-2 tspn chat masala
    • salt as per taste
    • 1 cup Sev
    • half a cup coriander leaves finely chopped

    1. Start with roasting the papads on the flame and keeo aside.
    2. Now in a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients along with jeera powder, chat masala n salt and toss them together.
    3. Now just before serving break the papads and mix with above mixture and toss lightly
    4. Serve immediately with garnish or coriander and sev


    U can even chill the mixture before adding the papads so make nice option during the summer

    Other ideas

    Add raw mangoes to give it that tangy flavour
