    Sholka is a very healthy food, native in Rangpur region of Bangladesh. It is very easy to make and is served with plain white rice.

    Serves: 5 

    • Water as needed
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic slices
    • Salt as needed
    • 5-6 green chillies, chopped
    • Just a pinch of food soda
    • 2 handfuls of pat shak
    • 1 handful of kochu shak
    • 1 handful of data shak
    • 1 handful of shajna leaves

    1. Fill a cooking pot with water and add the garlic slices, salt, green chillies and food soda. Put the lid on and allow the water to boil.
    2. Add all the vegetable leaves and boil the leaves until the leaves wilt and water dries up. This should take 15-20 minutes.
    3. Now stir well so that the wilted leaves turn into a paste.
