Kathaler Bichir Bhorta Lebu diye
This is a mildly hot side dish that is served with rice. Its powdery texture makes it quite unique, and the lemon extract sprinkled right before the dish is served also gives it a flavorful edge.

1 cup jack fruit seeds, toasted
4-5 dry red chillies, toasted
Salt as needed
1 tablespoon onion, sliced
Lemon extract-as preferred
- Peel the skin of the toasted jack fruit seeds and then grind the seeds using a sheel pata.
- Add the toasted dry red chillies, salt and onion slices.
- Continue to grind to make a powdery mixture.
- Sprinkle lemon extract and mix well before serving.
