    This is a mildly hot side dish that is served with rice. Its powdery texture makes it quite unique, and the lemon extract sprinkled right before the dish is served also gives it a flavorful edge.

    • 1 cup jack fruit seeds, toasted
    • 4-5 dry red chillies, toasted
    • Salt as needed
    • 1 tablespoon onion, sliced
    • Lemon extract-as preferred

    1. Peel the skin of the toasted jack fruit seeds and then grind the seeds using a sheel pata.
    2. Add the toasted dry red chillies, salt and onion slices.
    3. Continue to grind to make a powdery mixture.
    4. Sprinkle lemon extract and mix well before serving.
