    About this recipe: This is a spicy yoghurt drink served on weddings or big parties with biryanis, tehari or pulao rice. It is a traditional drink and is very easy to make.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 1kg plain cold yoghurt (tok doi)
    • 1 litre water
    • 1 teaspoon mint leaves paste
    • 1/2 teaspoon green chilies, paste
    • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
    • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
    • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    • salt
    • 1 teaspoon black salt

    Directions

    1. Mix and stir well the yoghurt, water and all the ingredients
    2. Chill for 30-45 minutes.
    3. It is served as a drink with heavy meals, like pulao, biryani or tehari.
