About this recipe:
A nice snack with all easy ingredients. Fills your stomach when hungry !!
1 chopped onion
1 tomato diced into cubes
1 cup tomato puree or sauce
CORN NIBBLETS RAW
HALF CUP WATER
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL OR VEGETABLE OIL
HERBS FOR GARNISHING
SPICES LIKE CHILLI POWDER
GRATED CHEESE OPTIONAL
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add oniOn and stir till golden brown. Then add corn.
- The corn should be cooked and then add diced tomato and puree.
- Top with corriander and your choice of herbs.Add salt,chilli,pepper etc.Serve fresh.
- If you want to have it baked you can put the saute on canapes and top with cheese and pop it in the preheated oven of 300 degrees and remove after cheese has melted
