Badam er bhorta (nut mash)

    This is a treat for nut lovers! The texture of this mash is powdery and crunchy. It is best served with plain white rice.

    • Oil as needed
    • 1 cup of nuts (any kind)
    • 4-5 dry red chilies
    • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic slices
    • Salt as needed


    1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the nuts.
    2. Now add the dry red chilies and garlic slices and fry for a bit.
    3. Put the nuts, dry chilies and garlic slices on a sheel pata.
    4. Sprinkle the salt for taste and grind the ingredients until a powdery mixture forms.
    5. Serve with rice.
