Sesame seeds mash (teel er bhorta)

    This is a simple and healthy side dish, best served with plain white rice.

    • 50 g of sesame seeds
    • 4-5 dry red chilies
    • 1 tablespoon of onion slices
    • Salt as needed
    • Mustard oil-as needed


    1. Heat a tawa and toast the sesame seeds and dry red chilies.
    2. Grind the toasted ingredients on a sheel pata.
    3. Mix the onion slices, salt and mustard oil with hand.
    4. Serve with plain white rice.
