    About this recipe: This is a traditional subcontinental snack served on afternoon amongst friends and family.

    Ingredients

    • 2 big potatoes
    • 1 tablespoon of oil
    • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
    • 2 papar (poppadams)
    • Salt as needed
    • 3 green chilies, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon of ginger slices
    • 2 tablespoons of onion slices
    • 1 cup puffed rice

    Directions

    1. Boil the potatoes and peel the skin out. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
    2. Heat a pan with oil and fry the potatoes.
    3. Pour the fried potatoes in a bowl and mix with lemon juice, papar, salt, green chili slices, ginger, onion slices and puffed rice.
    4. Serve!
