    lets learn hw to prepare mashroom masala ... any one can prepare v hv to move according to the new lets start......

    • 2 onions (piyaj)cut
    • 1/2kg mushrooms(goochi)
    • 1tsp garlic paste
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tomato(tamater)cut
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli (lal mirch) powder
    • 3 table spoon oil
    • 1/2 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tblespoon fresh corrionder cut
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)powder


    1. cut mashroom in slices
    2. heat oil and fry onions until golden brown in colour
    3. add garlic paste and cut tomatos
    4. put chilli powder,termeric,garam masal and salt
    5. saut for 3 to 4 min.or until it starts leaving oil.
    6. add mashroom and mix well
    7. simmer and stir fry till mashroom are tender.
    8. add vry little water if necessary.
    9. you can have with puri,roti or rice
    10. the dish is ready to serve with corrionder....


    if you want u can boil the mushrooms till 5 mins....

    I would suggest... that chop the onions then grind it in the mixer and then fry... it will really taste nice  -  26 Oct 2014
