About this recipe: This is a unique combination of dried fish (shutki) and bitter gourd (korolla). To some who hate the strong smell of shutki or the bitter taste of korolla, it might be a recipe for disaster...but I assure you, if you feel like getting out of your comfort zone, then this recipe could be an option for you!
