3 people made this

About this recipe: The word "Barfi" originated from the Persian word "barf" (snow) because of the resemblance of the barfis to white snow. Barfis are made with condensed milk, and this recipe makes barfi with semolina as well. These desserts are usually square or diamond shaped and delicious by themselves.
