1 cup of chicken 1 cm X 1 cm cubes
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
1 teaspoon of mustard paste
green chilies, chopped-as preferred
salt as needed
2-3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
1 cup of mustard oil
- Marinate all the ingredients except for mustard oil for 2 hours after mixing them well in a bowl.
- Stick a few chicken cubes in a kabab stick. Repeat to make a 4-5 kabab sticks.
- Heat a non-stick pan with mustard oil. Shallow fry until the reshmi kababs turn golden brown.
- Serve with sauce and paratha.
