    Ingredients

    • Khonkha Ilish(4-6 pieces)
    • Kaala jeera,Mustard seeds, Poppy seeds, Curd, Dry red chilly(2/3), Salt, Sugar, Turmeric powder, few green chillies & Mustard oil..

    Directions

    1. Make paste of mustard seeds, poppy seeds & dry red chilly together..
    2. Fry ilish in mustard oil & keep aside.
    3. On rest oil give kaala jeera. When it will start crackle, give turmeric powder. Then add the paste of the spices you made.
    4. After saute for sometime add beaten curd, salt & sugar.
    5. When all the items will driden add some water & ilish.
    6. Stop coocking when the gravy will be thick.
    7. Garnish with sliced green chillies.
    8. Serve with steam rice.
