Soak the yeast with 1 teaspoon of sugar in 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Drain the yeast when it has been soaked well. Collect the yeast in a bowl and cover it with a bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, rest of the sugar, cooking oil and salt. Mix well with an eggbeater.
Now mix in the yeast and continue to beat.
Add the sifted flour, a little at a time while beating continuously
Pour the mixture on a tray and kneed it well into a dough
Grease a pan with oil and place the dough. Cover the lid of the pan and set aside for 1 hour.
Take the lid out and the dough should have risen by now.
Make roll the dough into a shape of a bread loaf.
Grease a baking tray with ghee or butter. Place the dough and bake in a preheated oven for 200 degree Celsius for 10-12 minutes. Turn off the lower heating system of the oven when the loaf has been baked for 5 minutes.
