Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of soybean oil. Add the minced beef, onion slices, ginger and garlic pastes, red chili and turmeric powders, onion paste, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and salt. Stir well and cook until the water released from the meat dries up and the oil starts to simmer on top.
Add 1/2 cup of water and put the lid on. Cook until the meat becomes tender and the water dries up and the oil starts to simmer on top.
Pour in the tomato sauce and sprinkle the black pepper powder. Mix well.
Turn the heat off and set aside the cooked minced beef.
Now mix the sugar, milk, yeast powder, flour and egg together. Add a bit of water and kneed well to make dough. Set aside for 30 minutes. The dough will rice.
Roll out the dough on a greased pizza-baking tray as a pizza crust.
Brush the oil on the pizza dough crust. Sprinkle the cooked minced beef, 2 tablespoons of the cheese, mushroom, tomato and carrot slices.
Crack an egg in a bowl. Beat it well. Brush the beaten egg all over the pizza toppings. Finally add the remaining cheese.
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
