Mokaddes bhabi’s homemade yogurt

    • 2.5 liters of milk
    • sugar-as preferred
    • 1 cup of yoghurt starter or vanilla ice cream


    1. Heat the milk so that it becomes thick.
    2. Mix in the sugar.
    3. Beat the yoghurt starter or vanilla icecream with a fork in a separate bowl.
    4. Add the beaten ice cream to the milk, when it is lukewarm.
    5. Then take the mixture in a cup and drop it from a height of around 1 handful back to the mixture. Repeat 7-8 times.
    6. Place the yoghurt dish in a baking oven at 100 degree Celsius for 1 hour. Leave the yoghurt dish untouched overnight.
    7. Serve in the morning.
