Lemon Yoghurt Lassi or Lachchi

    Enjoy this lemon flavored lassi while on a walk outside on a hot summer day!

    • 3 cups of Greek yoghurt or tok doi, drained from water
    • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    • 1/2 tablespoon of toasted cumin powder ( toasted seeds that have been grounded)
    • 2 tablespoons of chopped mint leaves
    • 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper powder
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • crushed ice-as preferred


    1. Blend all the ingredients, excluding the crushed ice in a blender.
    2. Serve with crushed ice.
